I climbed all the way to Baegundae... only to lose my lunch to a stray cat.

The fog hid most of the scenery, but after climbing the final steep granite section, I finally reached the summit. I even helped a group of young hikers take some photos.

Now it was time for lunch. I put down my gimbap... and a stray cat immediately claimed the best seat.

Many people say you shouldn't feed stray cats in the mountains. But when I looked into its hungry eyes, I just couldn't ignore it.
